Works involved provision of high quality head office facility including corporate boardroom and conference room, bespoke reception, break our areas, library, comms room facilities together with a mixture of open plan and cellular office accommodation.

Services : Space auditing and feasibility advice; space planning, cost advice, due diligence advice, pre-acquisition survey/reporting, development monitoring Landlord's refurbishment works, design and contract administration for Tenant's fit out works and migration management.

Internal and external alterations and refurbishment of the majority of a 6 storey mixed office and retail building for a property investment company. Works involved forming 17 self contained office suites including conversion of former caretakers flats into high quality air conditioned office accommodation, restoration of external fabric and upgrading the common parts.

External common fabric repairs to 80,000 sq ft Victorian chambers building for property investment company. Works involved overhauling and renewing parts of the Grade B Listed facade, 400 + traditional windows, slated bell towers and leaded roof over a 12 months period.

Upgrading of physical security to wards to provide access control and nurse call systems. The proximity reader system was extended to serve automatic bollards securing the car park area to prevent unauthorised use.

Redesign and refurbishment of clinic reception to provide improved waiting area space and confidentiality for clients of the clinic, together with additional clinical space. As Lead Consultant we liaised closely with clinical staff to ensure the best possible design for the space was provided and that disruption was minimised during the refurbishment works, which took place whist the clinic was still operational.
