Projects

Keynorth's design, contract administration and project management services focus on client business needs and on the delivery of project goals relative to identified risk, budgets, quality requirements and timescales.

Most of our work involves design/contract admin services relating to existing buildings where a degree of alteration, repair, refurbishment, fit out and/or extensions are required.

Our involvement with new build development tends to focus on development monitoring for occupiers, investors and funders, although we have project managed the construction of several new buildings and extensions for commercial and residential clients.

Planning is paramount to project success in the majority of cases, so we strongly encourage clients to hard-focus at the front end when risks are identified and managed properly, and when cost certainty is maximized.

We prefer to engage with clients, contractors and suppliers that share our enthusiasm for trust, team working, a high quality product and good communications.
