Mark graduated from Glasgow’s College of Building and Printing, and spent his earlier career with a large, multi-disciplined, international practice and two, independent building surveying firms in Scotland.

Donald Reid Dip BS FRICS MBA, Consultant

dr@keynorth.co.uk

Donald is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years experience in all aspects of building surveying and project management.  In addition to his technical proficiencies he has undertaken formal management training and post graduate qualifications.  This has provided him with a much wider business perspective of both public and private sector organisations and a vision and understanding beyond the narrower technical focus often attributed to building professionals.

Donald spent several years in charge of the building consultancy operations of local independent and large international property consultancy firms.  His core building surveying and project management skills are diverse and well tested. His experience in the healthcare sector and in business relocation management, particularly for large technology organisations, is extensive.

Donald graduated as Course Dux from Glasgow College of Building and Printing and after qualifying in 1989, taking the RICS first prize in the RICS Test of Professional Competence in the process, he undertook the part time Master of Business Administration qualification with advanced project management elective at Strathclyde University Graduate Business School.

Tracey Totten FCCA, Company Secretary

Tracey is a Certified Accountant, and has been Keynorth’s company secretary and management accountant since the firm was founded in 2000. She has responsibility for compliance matters, book keeping and for financial reporting. Tracey graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University and then qualified in 1992.
