We specialise in contract administration, project management, and lead consultant services relating to existing buildings where a degree of alteration, repair, refurbishment, fit out and/or extensions are required.

Our involvement with new build development tends to focus on development monitoring for occupiers, investors and funders, although we have project managed the construction of several new buildings and extensions for commercial clients.

Planning is paramount to project success in the majority of cases, so we strongly encourage clients to hard-focus at the front end when risks are identified and managed properly, and when cost certainty is maximized.
