Schedules of Condition

The provision of a properly prepared Schedule of Condition, along with appropriately worded lease clauses, should significantly limit a tenant’s dilapidations liability. Inclusion of a schedule of condition in a lease is highly recommended as it generally results in substantial financial savings for tenants at lease termination.
