Keynorth, building surveyors and project managers, serve the building consultancy needs of commercial and public sector property clients.
We specialise in delivering a single-point, multi-disciplined service for a diverse range of projects, collaborating closely with other, tried and tested, building professionals to minimise client risk and maximise client satisfaction.
Our core activities are tailored to commercial property investors, landlords and tenants, owner-occupiers, health trusts and local authorities.
Based in Ingram Street in Glasgow, Keynorth services the whole of Scotland with particular emphasis on the central belt. Occasional services for national and international clients are provided elsewhere in the UK and western Europe.
Established in 2000 by the current directors Mark Totten and Donald Reid, Keynorth is Constructionline accredited and regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
